Wilson Anuge
Wilson is a Senior Associate with the firm, who has gathered experience in several aspects of law over the years.
He worked with the Firm of Awokoya, Awokoya & Co where he developed seasoned Litigation skills garnered from several Trials in both the Federal and State High courts and the Court of Appeal. He successfully represented clients in litigations that bothered on Contract disputes and Corporate Law.
Wilson heads the Firm’s Regulatory/Government Relations Practice, where as team lead, he has been able to assist clients in their compliance with business regulations and regularly interface with government agencies on their behalf. His experience in this regard was developed during his time with the Firm of Chris Okunowo O. & Co, where he was assigned with conducting due diligence for several commercial banks in Nigeria and advisory on relevant government policies affecting businesses.
An astute Practitioner, Wilson has successfully defended clients in Mediation, Arbitration and Litigation proceedings that arise in the context of his advisory.
