With a desire to build a fully integrated, one-stop service commercial practice, the founding partners of Abraham, Thompsons & Co first established the firm as Le Droit (Solicitors & Advocates) in July 2006, with an underlying dedication to create value for its clients and their businesses by providing quality representations and exceeding expectations.

The evolution of legal practice globally and the yearning for specialised law practice saw the metamorphosis of the firm into Abraham, Thompsons & Co, a full-service boutique law practice with increasing reputation in complex commercial transactions and considerable experience in a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial law practice.

As an emerging leader in legal service provision among a genre of firms acquiring global recognition in legal service delivery, Abraham, Thompsons & Co has built a reputation over the years in its in-depth knowledge and understanding of the economic landscape of Nigeria and Africa.

We have the size of a local firm, but the responsiveness of a global firm because we stay abreast of evolving laws and regulatory issues and make sure our clients are prepared to address them.
